3 Year Old's Willy

My 3 year old's uncircumcised willy is looking red (inside and on the end - sorry TMI) and he has told me this morning that it's sore. Is there anything that I can put on it to help or should I take him to the doc? He does 'hump' his bed a lot to get himself to sleep, but this has never resulted in any sorness before.

Strangers on the internet aren't your best best for medical advice. Take him to the doc.

Could be Balanitis? (sp). DS (4) had this a year or so ago - had a couple of rounds of antibiotics and then the doctor advised us to make sure it was kept clean by teaching DS to pull back his foreskin in the bath and give it a good swish about.

Trip to the GP on Monday for you, I think Smile.

nappy cream? might soothe it for now and if it is still red - gp on monday.

Mmm doc's on Monday I'd say if it's still red. And agreed with MrsKitty, DS1 had odd lumps at the end of his and the doc said it was smegma (?) under the skin where the foreskin was becoming retractile. So now he pulls it back and washes it in the bath!
