Coughing up food

Hello, my little has gold and quite of gunk in his nose and cough.
When ever he has a cold he coughs at the end of his feed, choking up a large amount of the milk. He's bottle feed and 4.5monthd.

Is ths normal because of the cold?

My DS still gets this at 4. He can be sick with colds I think because he swallows lots of mucus. Hope he is feeling better soon. xx
