My little girl is 16 month old, she has been bringing up all fluids & solids for the past 24 hours. I have tried her with ginger biscuits today which she did manage to keep down, but any fluids she has had even very small tea spoon amounts managed to stay down for 1-2 hours rather then the usual 10 minutes, but still bringing it up eventually. Any body got any more suggestions as to what i can try next?

Sorry very fivolous reply above - actually I'd say if she's keeping water down and doesn't show signs of dehydration wait until she asks for something. I've had it and when it was bad didn't eat for days. otherwise try mash potato, pasta chicken soup...

Dioralyte: rehydration solution, worked v well with my dc. Don't worry about solids, and apparently avoid dairy as bug can trigger temporary lactose intolerance. Doctor told me that. Hope she gets well soon
