It doesn't look like normal nappy rash so what is it?

It's very red but seems to have White type spots? It seems to be quite painful and has spread a bit.

Any ideas?

dd had this and was given an anti fungal, thrush maybe?

janmck1 · 06/03/2011 20:46

thrush is my bet too. my dd had it as a baby and it cleared up really easily with canesten cream. No other nappy rash creams hepled at all because obviously that's no what it was! good luck!!

Sleepwhenidie · 06/03/2011 21:00

Yep, canesten should clear it overnight.

take LO to docs as they might need daktacort if the skin is very red.
