7 month old dd has, what I'm pretty sure is just a D&V bug. She isn't upset or in pain and no temp is refusing solids. Mostly just very sleepy and needing lots of cuddles. She is formula fed, both feeds I have offered today have come up as projectile sick which obviously distresses her. She has been taking water and keeping it down so I'm just wondering if I should offer her any more formula today or just give her water and see how she is tomorrow?
