5 year old dizzyness

I have not been on mumsnet for a while but I'd really appreciate it if anyone could give me some advice.

My 5 year old son became really dizzy and fell over on Tuesday, he was wobbly and unable to stand without assistance for about 10 minutes or so and was very glassy eyed. He vomitted once then felt a bit better and went to sleep and needless to say I prodded him every half an hour or so until I was sure he was ok.

He has said he has felt dizzy a few times before but I hadn't taken it very seriously thinking he didn't know what dizzyness was.

So my question really is does anybody else have children who suffer with dizziness?

Many thanks in advance x

You need to take him to the GP and get him checked over, this sounds very scary for you both.

It is either ears or neuro and, in any event, needs to be checked out very urgently. Def not one for MN.
