Over the last day my 4 month old formula feed baby has had cream colour and very very smelly poos. Hes seemed a bit down, but did sleep all night as normal so cant be feeling ill?
Im worried about the smell (I have a hard tummy, but it made me feel green!) and the light colour.
Could it be viral or is there anything in it be teethng (hes drooling, hand sucking etc).
He has Hipp Organic normal and hungery baby formula.
