Fluoride varnish and asthma

Has anyone's DC who have asthma had this treatment?

Does anyone know why it is not suitable for asthma sufferers?

Yes, a kind Mumsnetter who is a dentist replied by PM. Apparently asthma sufferers can suffer a drop in oxygen saturation levels.
