just wondering if anyone can help me my daughter has a hearing test tomorrow as she suffers a lot of ear infections and it has been noted that it could be effecting her hearing. I want to prepare her for it but have no idea myself as to how it will be done does anyone have any experience of them so i ca talk to her about it? TIA

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Hi,
Don't worry, it's not a scary thing. They usually have your daughter in a soundproof room with headphones on and a buzzer which she has to press every time she hears a beep.
Then they may squirt air into her ears to check for pressure resistance and that's about it!
Hope everything's ok (my dd had hearing aids for 2 yrs but she loved them and has grown out of the glue ear now).
