Phone and ask - they normally refuse to do any vax here though unless the child is 'completely well' (i.e. no obvious snot trails ).

Will mention it when we get there dh thinks i am being silly but i think its putting her immune system under a lot of pressure.

You could scare yourself and google HSP - Henoch Schonlein Purpura - which my DS got after his pre school booster - or you could go with your gut instinct and leave it until your DD is well. There is no particular date that the booster has to be done on - unlike the baby ones. Why not wait until she feels better.
