Chicken pox not healing on groin

Dd1 has had chicken pox since last Monday. Most of the spots are drying up, except for the ones she has on her groin and bum crack (ouch!). Should she be airing them to dry up? She is currently refusing to not wear knickers and I'm too exhausted to fight with her if it's not worth it. Should I just leave it?

Try my chicken pox magic bath formula.

100g sea salt
100g bicarb of soda
4-6 drop of pure lavender essential oil

Sea salt will help heal and dry up the spots, plus it's antiseptic

bicarb helps to dry them out

lavender prevents, brusing, itching, scarring, is antiviral and promotes healing.
