Hello nursecuppy,

I have this!

I was diagnosed as a baby and have had two ops in GOSH, when I was 4 and 8.

They are in the side of my neck, and are big lumps. They can come up and go down very quickly (hours). I don't remember them being painful when I was little. I do still get pain now, very achey, good nights sleep woll help alot.

They are totally benign, (I believe) and you can get them in different parts of the body, but just top half torso and neck generally.

Sorry to hear about your Grandson.

If you have any questions, I will try to help.

Thanks for your reply, our dilemma is we are struggling to receive treatment for Jack. We were told Jack would receive an MRI at 12months old, he is 12months on the 28th March, yet we have now been informed Jack will not be seen until July. This horrendous situation needs highlighting
