How can I help my 15mo recover from antibiotice

She started them tonight for a nasty respiratory infection, soaring temps, etc. I've been reluctant to give her antibiotics because she has lots of food intolerances and her tum is super sensitive at the best of times. She can't have dairy, soy, wheat, egg or nuts (worked out when I was BF her) and she often still has episodes of really sore, windy tummies which we haven't got to the bottom of.

So, after AB's, one normally has a lot of yoghurt to rebalance the gut. What can I do for DD?

Probiotics are available from health food shops in a powder form, millions more PBs than you get from yoghurt. The powder can be sprinkled into milk or onto food. Wait until after the ABs are finished before starting.
