8 month old baby (boy) quite sicky after eating cheese / yoghurt. Should we be concerned? He has recently been at the Dr with viral wheezing. Not sure if that's of any significance? Any advice much appreciated.

I'm not a doctor, but I've taught litle ones for absolutely years now, and the children I've taught who have a dairy intolerance tend to be sick, sometimes with eczema and have a chesty cough. One whole family suffered terribly with diahorrea before they were all diagnosed as being lactose intolerant. They're all fine eating mature, not mild, cheese.
A friend's son has a problem with protein, and can't cope with the protein in some dairy products.
Find out which of your doctors has a better idea of child health, and make an appointment.

Yes, sounds like he might have cow's milk protein intolerance. Has he been BF until now?
