1 month old baby has a cold

My one month old has a stuffy cold for two weeks now just wondered should I go doctors now. She ok in herself she has still been taking her feeds and no temperature she only gets a blocked and stuffy nose. I been using saline drops and sucking the mucus out. What do you think I should do?

can you elevate her mattress slightly so the fluids can drain from her body? Also, do you moisten her room with warm water in a tub and a few drops of olbas oil?

When My DD was under three months old she had a cold twice which went by its self. The second cold lasted for about ten days see.
