Genital rash on 3 year old dd

Dd1 is 3 and dh has just spotted a bizarre rash on the top bit of her genitals. Its not around the labia, just on I suppose you would call it the pubic area. The spots aren't like anything I've seen before. They are rounded almost pustule like though small and red. There are about 10 spots.

No others on the rest of her body. Not sure how long they have been there but it will be less than 24 hours. No other symptoms of anything so far. Any idea what it might be?

Has she had Chickenpox. DD had something similar when she was older and I think it might have been shingles. She had chickenpoz at 15 months.

No, just been googling and it does look like may be CP. Eeeek! That means no nursery

Right so do I need to take dd to the dr's or shall I just use my medical degree from google.com to make a diagnosis?
