Any tips on getting a fiesty one year to take gaviscon? She refuses to drink out of anything but my breast for me although she will drink out of a doide cup when she's with her dad. She's only just been prescrbed it and I've been told to give her a 30 ml dose but getting her to drink 30 ml of liquid is just impossble! I've tried using a teaspoon, a syringe,a fruit shoot bottle but to no avail. I've got to get this down her three times a day. Please help!

My DD is much younger (11 wks) and so she just has one sachet which you are supposed to make up to 15ml. I only make it up to about 5 ml though - I add about 3ml of cooled boiled water and then some breastmilk and give it in a syringe. I think you could safely make it up to a much smaller amount than it tells you and probably mix it in with a just a bit of water and then a drink that she likes so as to disguise it a little. Good luck! xxx
