Because I think ds has one. He is 11 months old. Temp fluctuating between 37.6 and 39. Really tired, vomited twice last night. Asleep on boob now.

Called gp who said as long as he's drinking don't worry.

What else can I do?

Oh dear. Tis the season for vomiting bugs.

Just keep offering breastmilk. It's food, liquid, comfort etc and even if he's sick, he'll keep some down. Keep him cool by natural means ie not too many layers, no thick duvets, air circulating in the room.

Hydration is your main concern as the GP says. Weeing, wet mouth, alert etc.

Once he's ready to eat again, let him have what he fancies, no need to restrict his diet except where dairy is concerned. You might find he has a temporary lactose intolerance but this will get better on its own.

Horrid when they're poorly. Hope he's better soon.
