My daughter is coming up for four and the last week she has permanently wet knicks and today completely wet herself twice.

She has done this before for a week or so then suddenly stops for a few months then it starts up again.

The last episode I took a urine test to the GP, thankfully it was clear.

She doesn't have any pain at all.

Has this happened to anyone elses child? Should I be worried?

She still has wet nappies at night.

Yes, same thing with DS1 (now 6 and no accidents for a couple of years) and also now with DS2 (out of pull ups in the day for months now but every so often goes through a few days of accidents). Nothing to worry about, they just forget sometimes I think
