DD (4) said last night she wasn't right, that her tummy hurt. She says this quite a lot and I (maybe wrongly) put a lot of it down to hunger/wind/wanting some attention/not wanting to eat veg?
This morning she said her tummy really hurt and she felt a bit warm so took her temp which was 37.7. She ate a good breakfast and was dancing all over the place. Then her temp crept up slowly to 38.7 at midday. This is when I gave her some calpol. It is now back down to 37.7 an hour later and she's dancing again. She also (before temp went down) at 3 fish fingers and all her pasta

She has a snotty nose but has had that for about 5 days.
Do I just assume it's an unexplained virus? Or will the symptoms of whatever it is develop in the near future?
