Minor head bumps and vomiting, should I worry?

Ds2 is 7 month old now and have more head bumps than before. I set my criterion that as long as he cries immediately, calms down quickly, and has no vomits or abnormal drowsiness in the following 24 hours, there's no need to worry.

But the baby is not so cooperative.
Last Monday, he bumped his head into the back of his high chair. He cried immediately, calmed down within one minute, and behaved absolutely normal afterwards. But he vomited twice the next morning (19 hours after the head bump) after feeds.
Yesterday, he hit his forehead with a hard toy when he was playing with it. Again he cried immediately, calmed down within one minutes, and playing, eating, drinking all well. But at night he vomited once (10 hours after he hit his head) after breastfeeding.

Other than these vomits, he is absolutely fine. And, these head bumps are not so hard ones. But from what I read, vomiting is a sign of concussion, and two close concussions are dangerous Confused. So, I am lost now. Should I seek medical advice for the minor head bumps because of the vomits? Or are they only coincidence?

It's probably not related but if you have any concerned always best to get him checked out by the doctor. They can put your mind at rest.
