Sickness and diarrhoea bug in toddlers

The whole family have had an awful bug all week, the youngest 2 are 19 months have had it a week tomorrow, they are still off their food, dry nappies and awful diarrhoea is it worth seeing gp or best to just wait it out? Thanks

see someone asap (tonight) if nappies are still dry.

Thanks blinks, will give Nhs direct a call, nappies still almost dry this morning and dt1 had more diarrhoea
