Not sure if this is anything to worry about, but DS has a rash which appears to be spreading and he's upset as it's very itchy. It's red blemish like and, when pressed, shows up little white dots. Mainly around his wrists, but also showing on his back, arms and legs. A bit like nettle rash I suppose, but wrong time of year obv. He doesn't have a temperature but is very tired - quite normal for a Thursday tho as he has a full day at nursery.
I'm not sure whether I should maybe take him to late night pharmacist for advice. Just not comfortable around unexplained rashes!
