Ranitidine- when to give it

Hi-My son has silent reflux and we have been prescribed Ranitidine 3 times a day, however the doctor did not specify when this should be given. Should it be before, during or after a feed? If before how long before. Thanks for your help, we are deperately hoping this will help

It doesn't actually matter. We used to give it after the morning feed, before lunchtime nap and before bedtime feed. So fit it around your routine whenever you think suits.
