DD 12 months has really smelly wee last night and today, we keep thinking she has had a poo but it is her wee that smells like this. She is a bit out of sorts today but no tempreture. Should I go out of hours today or wait till tommorrow as she doesnt have a temp? wwyd

I would get her to drink as much as possible to begin with; and no I wouldn't go to out of hours just yet, if she has no other symptoms.

Yes.

Get her seen today. If you can, try and catch a urine sample: give her usual drink, wait 5-10 min, nappy off and run after her with a clean recepticle Grin - I've done it, not much fun, but it can work!

Good luck

Almost certainly the sign of an infection which probably needs anti-biotics. Very important to get a urine sample and then I would go to OOH. Best to treat ASAP.
