Can anyone recommend some good teething medicines?

DD (3 months) has been teething since 8 weeks but has been much worse the past few days. We're getting screaming fits constantly and nothing seems to help. Calpol seems to be utterly useless. Calgel works for about five minutes, dentinox is useless. I don't mind spending all day and night cuddling her to soothe her but just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for some good remedies as it's so awful for her to he in pain all the time. Thanks

The only thing that works for my DS when he's in a lot of pain is nurofen.
Calpol doesn't seem to make much difference, nor teething gels or granules.

We used the herbal powders ( I used to dab his dummy in the little wrap.. Something & Parsons powders - Boots sell them.

Heavy duty wise is Anbesol. From chemists. I had a hard time getting my chemist to give it to me but it does say for teething on it. You rub it on their gums and it numbs them.

ashton and parsons

i you find some, let me know!

Oh yes, the little powder things in paper - once we'd spent ages working out how to actually get half a powder into a screaming baby's mouth, it did calm her down but didn't ease the pain - still waking up screaming, or screaming in sleep.
