Recurring bruise on cheek

hi there
my dd is 17mo and has had a recurring bruise on her left cheek for a few months. it comes and goes, its now the 4th time (ish) that its returned, and im baffled as to where it could have come from. its always in the same place. i juat cant think of anything that she could repeatedly be doing to hurt that specific area. i will book a doctors appointment tomorrow morning, but just wondered if anyone had experienced something similar?

Does she sleep with a particular teddy that she lies on? It could be the nose/eye or something digs in a bit? Does she lean on the side of her high chair in the same way? Fall asleep in her car seat leaning on the strap?

My guess would be that it is something like that.
