Dd2 is 4.5 months & her last two nappies have been sort of curdy, white stringy globules. Anything to worry about?

weeeeell, could the stringy stuff be ingested mucus? DS gas this when has a cold. We also had the white lumps during/following viral infection. prob no help at all and certainly not medically trained.
