Fontanel slightly depressed and pulsing, no other signs of illness, should I get medical help?

DD's fontanel (15wks) is sunken and pulsing slightly, she has no other signs of illness, is feeding fine and seems her usual bright little self, should I be worried?

I have been told that this is a sign of illness but she seems fine to me (except for the fontanel thingy) - should I be getting medical assistance anyway just to check she is okay or am I being over-sensitive?

I'd appreciate some advice please.

Many Thanks

Could just mean she is a little dehydrated - it's nothing to worry about with no other symptoms

I used to see this in my dd2, she didn't have much hair. For her it was normal but I did ask the doctor for reassurance.

Is she doing wet nappies as normal?

I've seen this before in mine and they've always been fine. If she's well otherwise just keep an eye on things :)
