toddler with V&D - food tips

My 16-month old DS has been down with V&D since thursday. He is taking fluids well at the moment but it is very obvious that he is hungry. He's been having some bread, bananas and some potato mash for the last couple of days but is refusing all these options today ( think he is fed up with it).
Any tips what else to offer - not too harsh on upset stomach?
