Stomach spasms after vomiting and diarrhea

Dd, 10 months, has nasty vomiting and diarrhea bug. Started yesterday and vomited all morning, then slept all afternoon. She hasn't been sick again since - so over 24 hours now, but another nasty nappy at lunch time today. The problem now is that she's clearly in discomfort - woke screaming at 4.30am and basically hasn't stopped. She's shattered and has dropped off twice, only to wake screaming within 20mins. Any ideas? Can I do anything for the pain or do I have to just wait it out? And how on earth are we going to survive the night?!

Yes - though mostly because she's teething too! Not sure if it'll help with the cramps...

Sorry we are on day 5 of this hell. You just have to give fluids little and often and no solids till she stops vomiting. It should ease cramps. Try camomile tea if she will take it. Things get better from day 3 onwards it seems. Just restarted solids on day 4 here. Little and often. Good luck. This too shall pass.....

ask doc to prescribe Dioralyte Relief which has rice in it and helps the colicky spasms
