Projectile vomiting - 6.5mo

Hoping for some words of reassurance...

DD was a bit clingy and tearful yesterday which is very unlike her. She had a really long sleep overnight, about 13 hours, which is 2 more than normal.

When she did wake up she seemed bright enough but wasn't interested in breakfast. After about 30 mins she did want some breakfast so had her bottle and a little bit of plain baby porridge.

Put her on her mat for say 10 mins, then picked her up and she did the most incredible projectile vomit (all over the dog, nice). It didn't bother her at all, I gave her a few sips of cooled boiled water and she now seems happy enough playing on the sofa with me.

What could be the cause? Is there anything else I should do? Should I continue to feed her as normal?

She's first baby, as if you hadn't guessed, so a little concerned.

Bump - she's still puking...should I ring Drs tomorrow? Also she's due for her 6 month jabs on Thurs, will they still want to give them to her if she's been poorly?

Has she had porridge/ cow's milk before? Any other symptoms?

Haven't given her any cows milk yet, make her porridge with water.

Slightly pink cheeks but no temp, no diarrhea or anything.
