Painful neck

My 4yo son has been unwell for a few days and is now complaining that his neck hurts (and holding his head lopsided). Is this something to be particularly worried about?

I'd suggest you phone NHS Direct or out-of-hours doctor, but you probably have by now as this is a few hours old. Bump, but you should get real-life medical advice to be on the safe side.
