Help- Chickenpox itchy

Dd aged 3 has got chickenpox absolutely everywhere including in the genital area.
We have gave her Calpol. Piriton and covered in calamine lotion and she is still screaming out in distress as she's so itchy.
Can anyone please think of anything else we can do for her? Thanks

Luke warm bath with some bicarb in it.

We used some gel called Virasoothe which worked better for my dd than calamine. Might be worth a go?
I would also not put knickers on her as they may irritate the itchy bits even more.
