Baby with cough

My 15 wk old DS has a cough. He is coughing in his sleep and grimacing, and when he is awake he coughs when he goes from lying down to sitting up, or on finishing a feed (EBF). I don't think it is bad enough to go to the doctors and it has only been last night and this morning. Anything I can do to help him or just monitor and cuddle?

Monitor and cuddle, if your worried call the doctors. He may have just picked up a cold, and its tickling his throat.
