My DD2 is 2.6 and constantly has a cold! She has a good healthy diet and I've been giving her vitamin suppliments just incase but no sooner has she got rid of one cold she's got another. I know kids get bugs all the time but to make it worse she has a rare painful eye condition and every time she has a cold her eyes become inflammed and we have to increase her steriods, which we've been trying to wean her off for ages! Any advice gratefully received!

You can get children's echinacea. It helps prevent cold and flu. We also use kindervital from floradix as a multivitamin. It's a liquid and is natural - I prefer that to the chewy/chalky/artificially sweetened children's multivitamins.
