Our daughter is 12 weeks old and appears cross eyed sometimes. This is especially when she's tired or staring at something really closely. Does anyone else have any experience of this? I am not sure if we need to worry. Thanks

Apparently it's common in babies to appear cross eyed. It's only if it carries on as they get older they do anything. Probably worth mentioning to your hv just so they can

squint is common in newborn but is meant to disappear, cant remember what age. I would mention to HV as if it is a true squint that persists it is important it gets treated.

My DD is 12 weeks too and does this all the time! My HV has seen her do it and is unconcerned. She says it takes the muscles in the eyes a while to develop fully.

When she does it we shout 'bozzeye!' and she thinks it's hilarious!
