Ds2 is a perfect baby during the day - he feeds, sleeps and smiles all day. But during the night, pretty much every night, he grunts and farts! Sometimes he sleeps through it all, but between 4am and 7am it reaches a peak, and he wakes up crying and farting like a man. Even if he was fed 20 mins earlier, he'll need the comfort of breastfeeding to get back to sleep. It's turning nights into a killer, with him sometimes getting up three times between 12am and 7am, for anything up to 90 mins at a time!

Does anyone have any suggestions? I wind him after each feed, with some hard, sore burps coming up, and we use two squirts of Infacol before feeds. Any help would be much appreciated x

Hello?
Last night was hellish. He woke at 1130, 12, 4, 5 and 7, grunting, fussing and in pain. He was also grunting between these times but slept through it.
Why does it affect him at night? And why does he sleep for hours in his swing with fewer problems?
could my iron supplements be doing this to him?
