Just noticed tonight that my daughter, 2 1/2 yrs old, has a white, pasty discharge just inside her vagina. No smell as far as I can tell. She hasn't been scratching particularly and says it's not painful. She uses the toilet, but we wipe her. She was on antibiotics for an ear infection, but stopped a few days ago.
Anyone had this? Do you think we need to take her to the doctor?
