Head lice prescriptiions

Have you ever been given a prescription for head lice lotions/combs etc? If so what were you given. Or any HCP's out there what would your practice do?

dd was prescribed Lyclear recently.

We use the Nitty Gritty comb instead - it's excellent :-) And I know you can get a prescription for it: www.nittygritty.co.uk/site/howtogetaprescription.asp

I wish I could aelinora. Our practice won't do it. I finally got a prescription for hedrin but i would much prefer comb. Think I will just have to buy one.

They are about a tenner in Boots but much cheaper on Amazon :-)
