Hi my dd (19 months) has had a few wheezy episodes now which have been described as either bronchitis or possible asthma. At the moment she is on a weeks course of prednislosone which after 3 days the dr said her chest was much better. It sounded worse to me but that's because it had loosened up the dr said. She sounds rattly still and a bit wheezy but dr said it's only upper airways. So she sounds worse but is better.... I really don't get it. Any chest/asthma experts out there who could help???

Thanks pixie.... So if I can hear wheezing but dds not struggling for breath (which she isn't) then just keep up with the inhalers. It's just really hard as she sounds awful but they said she's fine, little rattling still but nothing to worry about. she's not bothered anyhow, running like a loon!!! Gonna try and chill about it as she's obviously ok. I am a big worrier. Thanks for your help and merry Xmas.
