7 week old being sick with bottles

Does anyone have any ideas? My son was born at 38 weeks and had problems feeding from the start, only taking half ounce at a time but he was never a sicky baby, at 4 weeks he was up to 3 1/2 to 4 ounces a feed. The past week and half though he has started being sick with every bottle, even if we wind him after every 1/2 ounce. It isn't a little bit, he projectile vomits and it has what looks like sour milk inside it. He is also reluctant to feed after this happens even if he has only took an ounce and it can be 4 hours since he last fed.

Gastric reflux?

My dd was very windy, very sicky and very unsetlled. She had (still has) GR. Talk to doctor as the sonner you get diagnosed/meds the better in terms of baby setlling.

It could also just be colic or he could be gulping in a lot of air if teat on bottle too fast flowing.

I thought reflux as well as my daughter had it and she was the same. But I took him to the GP yesterday and she said because he was hydrated there was nothing wrong with him. He is still on slow flow teats at the moment as medium are a bit to fast for him.

Utter bollocks. Ask for another opinion.

Our HV and GP told me for 4 months my dd didn't have refulx. Finally they listened but damage done. She has always been very hard to feed ever since, and now as a child is very funny around food.

I will make another appointment to see a different doctor. My daughter is funny around food and I never linked it to the reflux.

My dd was awful from day 1. Awful bottle feeder (I was unable to BF sadly), terrible when weaned, and now at 6 is the fussiest child. I've grown to accept it but am convinced that its because of reflux.

She still has to have medication from time to time as gets acidy easily.
