no wee for 18 hours

Hi my 11 month old didnt have a wee for 18 hours today I took her to hospital and they didnt do much really they checked it wen she finally did have one for an infection but she didnt have 1 so they so after she had a wee they sent her home so since last night at 8pm she has had 3 wees im a bit stuck now on wat to do can any one help

I would keep on pushing the fluids into her and monitoring the nappies. She is weeing now albeit not a lot but an improvement on yesterday.

How is she in herself?

She is fine in her self she has asma aswel so she is very wezzy she was weein normal yesterday it started last night she is still drinking and eating as normal just not passing any fluid
