teeth grinding in my 4yr old

Can anyone tell me if this is normal. my 4yr old has been grinding her teeth at night time. her teeth are now looking warn and some look very sharp, is there anything i can do to stop this?

Not a lot you can do to stop it. She is basically grinding them to fit them into alignment.
