Dark brown poo + anti biotics

my DD is on anti biotics (has been for past 3 days) for tonsillitis. I just changed her nappy and the poo was squidgy and dark brown (sort of chocolate brown colour). Could this be due to the anti biotics and is this normal?

pig I am no doctor but whenever I give DS any kind of medicine his poo goes dark brown so I'd say it's nothing to worry about.

I think it is bothering her tummy though and she's ery windy atm
