When to take her GP?

My 7yo dd has had a slight temp (about 38) for the last few days, but am more concerned that she really does not want to do anything. (i.e seems to be ill) She is usually very hyper but spent yesterday lying on the sofa, shes not eating, and has a hacking cough. She has been sick a number of times, but I thinks thats more to do with her phlegm IYKWIM?

Shall I leave it a few more days before I take her to see the GP? Or could she have a chest infection and need antibiotics?

Bloody hate bothering them, as always feel like I'm wasting their time.

sounds like the flu thing thats flying round ds's school atm. I would take her to the gp. Just in case she has an infection. There were 70 children off at ds's school yesterday and 4 teachers.

May be I'll call the GPs first, and see what they say, they have an on call one who will phone you back for advise.
Its just she never lies around on the sofa, and never sleeps past six, and she is still in bed now and was in bed till gone 9 yesterday.
