Hi
dd 20 months has sporadic temperature and horrible nappies. Seems happy in herself otherwise. Is it likely to be teething or a stomach bug?

bumping for you

they say that temp and horrible nappies due to teething is a myth, however both of mine have had that so I think there is some truth in it. Either way as long as she's fine in herself, whether it's teething or a stomach bug there's not much the doctors can do. I would just keep an eye on her and give her lots of fluids (but of course I have no medical qualifications at all)

hope she's better soon

Thanks. Yes does seem like a bug rather than teething.
