Can I give calpol or neurofen as well as an antihistamine?

My 15month old has had a very high temperature for the last few days and today developed hives all over her body. The pharmacist recommended Boots Allergy Relief Antihistamine, but I forgot to ask if I can continue to dose her up with calpol and neurofen as well. She has a temperature of over 100 at the mo.

so long as the antihistamine doesn't have any pain reliever in it, yes.

ALso, you can rotate giving the paracetamol and the ibuprofen.

Poor thing. Sad
