Hi all

My EBF baby had about 12 dirty nappies yesterday, do I need to do anything? Do I keep BF as normal? Thank you!

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I would offer more feeds than normal to keep baby from getting dehydrated. I would also take to doctors to get checked out.

Does the poo look different from normal? How is your baby otherwise - looking alert?

We had similar last week and was reassuring for doc to see ds and say it was a virus and would pass.

Thanks for your reply, Albrecht.

Instead of usual mustard coloured nappies she is making greener and worse smelling poos.

She seems okay, a bit grizzly maybe. Might ring the health visitor.
