DD1 (almost 6) had a really bad bout of sore throats and has been on antibiotics a few times since july. She seems better but she had oral thrush due to the treatment and it is back again.
She has another treatment for it, but what can I do to help her fight it and help her so it doesn't come back?

I give her probiotics and she eats plenty of yogurt anyway.
I changed her toothbrush as well after last treatment.
Any food to avoid?
any grandmother's tricks?
thanks

keep going with probiotics
also, Zn supplements are great for getting rid of fungal infections and frequently deficient (btw Zn from red meat is better absorbed then from veg sources, so make a caserole etc)

She is having a vitamin mix with probiotics (will checked about Zn), and actimel.
Anything else? should she avoid anything?
